I remember being told somewhere along the route to my undergrad degree that allowing students to start their homework before they went home increased the chances of it getting done. So, I have decided to use the same theory when trying to accomplish a New Year's Resolution... start it before the New Year?! Now, I'm not applying this to all resolutions as i'm trying to eat all the stuff that I love that is still here before I engage in the annual weight-loss resolution; so bear with me, it's the small steps!
I have read several great blogs and I believe that they are a great way to be reflective in your personal and professional life. My 2011 New Year's Resolution is to blog like a crazy person - not really a crazy person, but to blog like crazy! I would like this to become my reflections of current educational trends, a treasure of my professional readings, and a hope chest full of my thoughts to a new and improved version of public education. Let's face it folks, we need change in a make-over fashion!
So, feel free to encourage this endeavor, I'll need all the help I can get!
